New e-Cards Section Dedicated to Cards for Children

Cards of Ministry is pleased to announce the opening of our Cards for Kids e-Card gallery, adding a source of lovingly crafted, Scripture-based e-Cards for our younger set.

I have felt God lead me in this work since inception, and without that leading, it would be quite fruitless, but I have to say it was never stronger than with this adding the Children's section. Please let me tell you a bit about it...

I had, (or so I thought) the new cards for the October 1st release all completed, and even had the "News" page in final draft and its thumbnails captured, and was off on other work. Then, with less than two weeks to the release date, that unmistakable nudge of the Holy Spirit was prodding -- "more cards", and then more specifically -- "cards for children"! And the Spirit was not through, because very soon it was made clear the cards were to be about the Fruit of the Spirit. I love specifics!

Nine fruits of the Spirit covered and eighteen new cards later, I got another nudge for some Proverbs-based cards for children as well, and now with even less time before October 1st. "Back to work", echoed in my heart, and back I went.

I must confess, I am far from perfect in discerning and following such leadings, and being so close-to-deadline as this "work order" was, it was tempting to try to convince myself I didn't really even feel the nudge. Today I can write - I am so glad I yielded to the nudge! Each time I hit a 'block' or got tired along the way as the deadline approached, the Helper got me through, and the result is--- the Children's section is opening with 28 e-Cards sharing about God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit in a way we pray will touch children's hearts for our Lord.
