The information that Cards of Ministry collects on our website is limited to the information you provide to us when you subscribe to the newsletter or submit information on the contact form. Cards of Ministry does not share this information with any third parties or our service providers unless we believe that it is necessary to comply with the law, protect a person’s safety, or address security issues. Newsletter Subscription

When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. This information is used solely to send you the newsletter via e-mail. We do not sell the email list or share with any third parties.  If you want to change, update or remove your email address from our list, you can do that by clicking  “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of any received issue of the newsletter or by emailing us.

Cards_of_Ministry card and Gift shop and Zazzle store 

When you click on product links shown in the Cards and Gifts page of the website, or click from that page to go to the Cards_of_Ministry print-on-demand products shop on Zazzle.com, all information provided to Zazzle to purchase items (such as name, email address, mailing address, payment information, and product purchase information) is collected by Zazzle.com and subject to Zazzle's Privacy Policy which you can read by clicking here. Cards of Ministry is provided no Zazzle customer information, being only made aware of which product(s) and in what quantities have been ordered from the Cards of Ministry products on Zazzle.

eCards 

When you select an eCard to send and click SHARE to do so, you will engage the eCard application hosted by the servers on eCardwidget.com.  The sender and recipient e-mail addresses and custom greeting typed by the sender are entered and processed by their servers to deliver the eCard and (if selected) deliver a return notice to the
sender that the recipient has opened the eCard. This information is subject to the Privacy Policy of eCardwidget.com found by clicking here.  

Contact Page 

When you contact us through our Contact form we collect your name, email address, and contact message.  Only the contact message field is required. All information is protected using SSL encryption. We do not sell this information to any other party. We use the information that you provide to respond to your requests, questions or suggestions if you indicate a response is desired.

Children’s Online Privacy

The Cards of Ministry website is designed for the use of general audiences. We never knowingly collect or maintain information on our website from visitors we know are under the age of 13. Any website information collected by Cards of Ministry from children under 18 is used only for the purpose of delivering the requested product or service.
