# Weapons of Light for life
Prayer and praise play an important role in our walk with the Lord. They strengthen us as we take up the whole armor of God (Ephesians 6:10–18).
Let your family, loved ones, and brothers and sisters in the faith know you are praying for them, or invite them to join you in a prayer request. And when He answers, give thanks and share His praise with others.
May this collection of e-Cards help us follow the teaching of James:
Is any among you suffering? Let him pray. Is any cheerful? Let him sing praises. Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven.
Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective.
