March e-Card News

As promised, the e-Card offerings will grow here at Cards of Ministry, and here is a rundown of the new designs ready to send or share to bless someone's day with His love and word.

New eCard Section: Prayer and Praise

Under our Send eCards menu you will find a whole new section named Prayer and Praise!  It is not only the newest eCard category, but starting with eleven designs, is also currently the largest category. Given how important prayer and praise of our God and Savior are, opening the section with a nice contingent of card designs is quite fitting. You will find cards to let others know you are praying for them in a trial and to rally others to pray with you on a prayer request.  Of course there are plenty of cards to praise God and give praise reports as well.  
 

First Video eCard

It is exciting to bring the first eCard with a video to Cards of Ministry! The new Prayer and Praise section is also home to a new eCard based on The Lord's Prayer. With a front cover of a lovely watercolor impression of the sermon on the mount scene, and inside Scripture of Jesus' teaching on prayer from early Matthew 6, the card finishes up with a playable video made of a 'slide-show' of lovingly scanned and restored Lord's Prayer post cards from c. 1909, accompanied by a narration with subtle background music.  Our Lord's model prayer is a wonderful way to spend a few moments talking to God any day.  Send to a friend or share with your Facebook or other social media group!

Other New Designs

The Antiquities section has a new card featuring an antique postcard based on the popular 23rd Psalm. As you can guess, Psalms and hymns make for beautiful eCards, and two new ones have been added to the Psalm and Hymns section this month. First, a photo-based card with verses from Psalm 98 which also features a semi-original song (where most verses are from Psalm 98, I can hardly claim authorship!) audio file titled ''God, Our Praise is to You" that we hope your recipient will enjoy. The classic hymn, Blessed Assurance also makes its way to an eCard with an antique music sheet for a cover and a lovely instrumental version of the hymn.  Send or share and sing along.  Lastly, the March 'featured eCard of the month is not just one card, but is a small series of cards called the Armor of God collection.  These may serve to encourage a brother or sister to be strong in the Lord and the strength of His might, and to put on the whole armor of God.  Is there a better way to dress for the bus stop or work or the day ahead?  Find these on our home page by scrolling down a bit past the rolltop desk banner.
